 About Delivery:

  1.       We strive our best to deliver your flowers within the time range you have selected. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time due to the high volume of deliveries.

  2.       It is your responsibility to ensure somebody would receive the flower at the address you wrote down. Please provide at least one contact number for us to reach upon arrival. We will leave after 10 mins if nobody shows up. You cannot be held accountable for this reason.

 

About Flowers conditions:

  1.       Due to the natural floral deterioration process, flowers may deteriorate without a water source. You should be aware that flowers are not heated/cold tolerant, and they are fragile. We do not guarantee ‘perfection’ if it is mistreated after delivery.

  2.       Due to the time of the global pandemic and its impact on supply, we reserve the right to substitute the flowers of equal value/ similar color and shape when conditions deem it necessary.

  3.       To ensure the freshness of the flowers, please re-cut and place them in clean water with the food provided. The flowers may arrive in bud form, but they will be in full bloom in a couple of days with proper care.

  4.       Issue of chromatic aberration: Due to the shooting light or display different resolution and other factors that may cause the product to have a certain color in pictures. Product colors prevail in kind, please understand.


 

About Ordering:

  1.       All the floral arrangements are made to order. Therefore, we require 100% full payment to ensure the order completes.

  2.       We accept online credit card payments. Sales tax will be collected during the transaction automatically.

  3.       We do not provide money refund or return in any circumstances, only changes to the order are acceptable 2 weeks prior to the delivery date.

  4.       For changes made after the promotion period, we may charge the prices at that period.

  5.       Please contact us if you are requesting a specific arrangement, have any personal requests, or have any questions. 

Kulu Dessert - Hana Cake & Pudding :

  1. We always recommend following good hygiene practices however Hana Cake cannot be held responsible for any adverse reaction to the flowers. In case of doubt please consult your doctor.

  2. Due to availability, some edible flowers in Hana cake may not be available and will be substitute with other flowers of equal value. Kulu Dessert reserves the right to substitute when conditions deem it necessary.

Gratuity:

  1. A tip is not required, but if you think we truly went above and beyond, you might express your gratitude to our delivery team for any form of gratuity.
